What is Bipolar disoder ?

Here the simple explanation from me to make you understand what is Bipolar disorder
As in medical term it referred as one of the sign depression and also one of the psychiatric problems that cause the disturbance of mood changes or mood that appears drastically.
Most of the patient who had this problem will be have difficulties to understand their own problem. The cause is not known but there are allegations of this disorder also triggered by several factors such as the presence of abnormalities in the signal delivery (neurotransmitters) in the brain.
For the research it is In line with other names, bipolar has two forms of mood changes: bead and depression. Bipolar disorder tends to recur. Manic and depression periods can occur alternately in months, weeks or even hours. Bipolar disorder is often experienced by adolescents to young adults, but some individuals appear since children. Bipolar disorder is not easily recognizable when the onset of symptoms develops, symptoms appearing just like ordinary problems, not because of larger problems.

- Talk very fast
- Flight of idea (jump from one idea to another idea)
- Suddenly thinking looks rushed.
- Easily chaotic, anxious
- Little sleep
- Have unrealistic belief in one's abilities
- Impulsive behavior, very passionate and energetic.
For our understanding ,Here are the symptoms of depression that appear in bipolar disorder are:
- Emergent periods of feeling worry and hollow
- Loss of interest in activities ever enjoyed
- Easy to tired
- Experiencing concentration problems, ability to remember, and ability to make decisions
- Very sensitive or easily irritated
- The most severe is the emergence of thoughts of death or suicide, or even attemptin
- Learn how to manage and Control stress. Stress is a major bipolar trigger probem
- To understand and learn to keep a regular schedule. Stick to a routine to help control mood swings well
- To make sure you have Practice healthy sleep habits avoid playing phone at late night.
- Get moving that setting in mind
- To try Avoid caffeine, alcohol, and drugs
- Write it down in your diary.
So as a Physiotherapist one of the important thing is make sure you consult directly with a mental health specialist to confirm your diagnosis. If it has been upright diagnosis, then in addition to counseling it is necessary to provide medicines in order to decrease the episodes of manic and depressive that appear and its also one of the cause the Neck and Back Pain can be related. wallahuaklam.
