Bismillahirahmanirahim , dalam entry saya kali ini , saya ingin membincangkan masalah yang paling mudah berlaku kepada Kulit terutama di bahagian kaki dan tumit ialah  melecet,
Bagi pelari atau atlet sukan lari , masalah melecet adalah musuh yang paling ditakuti oleh mereka . Gejala gelembung berair yang pedih dan timbul akibat pergeseran di antara stokin atau kasut dengan kulit kaki akan menghasilkan rasa yang pedih dan sakit , tetapi ianya menjadi parah sehingga boleh menyebabkan luka dan berdarah jika tidak diambil berat.


Bagi atlet atau pun orang biasa masalah Kulit melecet pasti akan menjejaskan prestasi  ketika melakukan aktiviti seperti larian dan juga berjalan ini kerana walaupun sekecil mana lukanya disebabkan lapisan kulit paling atas merupakan bahagian yang paling sensitif , dan jika melecet ini berlaku ianya akan menyebabkan rasa sakit.
Tahukah anda disebabkan permintaan yang tinggi maka terdapat pelbagai produk yang mendakwa dihasilkan untuk digunakan bagi  mengatasi masalah kulit melecet ini di pasaran, dari  yang jenis serbuk, pelicin, insole sehinggalah kepada bahagian stokin yang mahal.
Tetapi bagaimankah cara yang paling berkesan untuk mencegah kaki daripada melecet ketika melakukan aktiviti atau semasa menggunakan sepatu yang baru ?
Disini saya kongsikan tentang tips dan juga antara pekara yang boleh kita lakukan bagi mencegah melecet , Dalam bacaan saya di  kajian Clinical Journal of Sport Medicine (UK) , Penggunaan pita surgikal atau dalam bahasa yang mudah handy plast ,adalah solusi atau cara yang paling mudah, murah dan berkesan untuk mecegah kulit melecet. Dalam jurnal ini menyatakan Ia terbukti mengurangkan kejadian kulit melecet, sekurang-kurangnya 40% di kalangan pelari ultramarathon dan juga Ironman.
Selain daripada itu  jangan kita lupa untuk balutkan bahagian kaki yang mudah melecet sebelum meyertai atau melakukan perlumbaan jarak jauh yang memerlukan anda memakai kasut dalam tempoh yang agak lama ketika berlari. Selain daripada kita menguunakan pita surgikal, anda juga boleh mengambil langkah-langkah tambahan bagi mencegah serta mengelakkan kulit melecet.
1) Pastikan penggunaan kasut yang padan dengan saiz kaki anda.Secara umunya walaupun tidak ada kasut yang boleh menjamin kaki anda tidak melecet,tetapi kajian menunjukkan, penggunaan saiz kasut yang sesuai dan juga ikatan tali kasut yang stabil adalah penting untuk mengekalkan kaki dalam kedudukannya. Ini adalah kerana Jika saiz kasut terlalu kecil, maka kaki akan melecet di bahagian jari kaki dan pula Jika ia teralu besar maka, ia akan bergeser dengan tumit dan menyebabkan melecet di bahagian achilis , atau belakang tumit.
2) Antara Tips yang mudah ialah anda kalau boleh jangan memakai kasut baru untuk melakukan larian jarak yang jauh ,sebaiknya ialah anda gunakan secara berperingkat dengan menggunakan kasut baru itu ketika melakukan aktiviti yang ringan dan apabila kasut itu mula lembut barulah anda gunakan semasa hari perlumbaan atau larian yang memerlukan jangka yang panjang.
3) Cuba cari dan Pakai stokin dari jenis “drifit” yang mudah menyejatkan peluh dan cepat kering ini kerana Kulit lebih cenderung untuk melecet dalam keadaan lembap serta  Elakkan memakai stokin kapas yang mudah dibasahi peluh kerana ianya mengundang masalah melecet ini.
4) Pastikan anda Gunakan pelembap. ini kerana kajian menunjukkan  Kulit kaki yang kering juga mudah luka dan melecet. Sapukan losyen atau krim setiap hari bagi mengekalkan kelembapan kulit kaki anda
5) Anda juga boleh Sapukan bahan pelincir seperti Vaseline, Bodyglide dan sebagainya untuk bahagian-bahagian badan termasuk jari kaki bagi mengurangkan kesan pergeseran antara kulit .

Bismilllahirahmanirahim , Selalu kita dengar yang KKM mula mengambil tindakan kepada pengusaha produk kecantikan yang memasarkan produk kecantikan yang mengandungi mekuri, tetapi tahukah kita apakah itu mekuri , dengar macam nama planet je tak pun macam nama penyanyi rock Fredy Mecuri ,Terlintas di fikiran saya untuk menceritakan serba sedikit info kenapa mekuri ini amat merbahaya kepada manusia.


Tahukah anda bahawa Mercury didalam bahasa inggerisnya atau Raksa yang disebut (Hg) adalah merupakan salah satu daripada unsur logam yang terdapat di alam semula jadi ini  selalunya terdapat didalam unsur di batu, mineral, tanah, air dan udara yang didapati dalam sebatian organik juga bukan organik.
Untuk pengetahuan anda semua Raksa yang terdapat di dalam sebatian tanah, air, dan udara menunujukkan bacaan yang amat rendah. Tetapi kesan daripada pellbagai jenis aktiviti manusia yang boleh meningkatkan kadar merkuri menjadi tinggi adalah seperti aktiviti perlombongan yang boleh menghasilkan 10,000 tan merkuri setahun mengikut kajian Jabatan alam sekitar.

Selalunya Penggunaan bahan merkuri dalam  produk kosmetik kini terbukti berbahaya dan dilarang di banyak negara termasuk di malaysia.Dalam kajian menunjukan bahan mekuri ini mudah diserap oleh kulit dan akan terus memasuki aliran darah.
Kesan keracunan Mercury akan menyebabkan kulit menjadi hancur dan mudah rapuh. Ini bermakna penggunaan merkuri pada kulit akan menjadikan lapisan kulit lebih nipis dan ini menyebabkan bahan terlarang ini dpakai dalam produk kecantikan tetapi dengan Pendedahan yang tinggi terhadap merkuri ianya boleh merosakkan saluran pencernaan, sistem saraf, dan buah pinggang serta keracunan di dalam darah yang boleh mengakibatkan Jangkitan Sepsis ,Di samping itu kajian menunjukkan, merkuri juga berisiko mengganggu  fungsi pelbagai organ tubuh, seperti otak, jantung, buah pinggang, paru-paru, dan melemahkan sistem imun tubuh badan manusia

Faktor terjadinya Buasir

Bismillahirahmanirahim , pernah kah ketika pembuangan air besar tiba tiba berlakunya pendarahan pada najis anda , dan apabila anda pergi ke hospital atau ke klinik disebabkan kegatalan pada bahagian dubur yang mengakibatkan ianya luka ketika pembuangan air besar , ketahuilah ia sejenis penyakit atau masalah kesihatan yang dipanggil Buasir atau hemoroid.

Apakah fakta dan juga punca yang boleh terjadinya masalah buasir ini disini terdapat 8 jenis faktor yang merupakan faktor yang kerap memungkinkan terjadinya masalah buasir ini.




1. Sembelit 
Masalah sembelit adalah penyebab utama buasir.Umumnya masyarakat telah memahami apabila Kurangnya pengambilan serat dan cecair di dalam badan ini akan memungkinkan atau menyebabkan najis menjadi keras dan sukar untuk dikeluarkan.Apabila prkara ini terjadi ketika individu tersebut melakukan pembuangan air besar maka seseorang akan cenderung untuk meneran dengan kuat  sehingga akan meningkatkan tekanan perut yang boleh menyebabkan terjadinya buasir

2. Kehamilan 
Apabila seseorang wanita itu mengandung atau hamil ianya juga sering menjadi punca utama terjadinya masalah buasir ini buasir. Rahim yang membesar disebabkan pembesaran bayi didalam  boleh menyebabkan berlakunya tekanan tambahan pada selaput vena dan vena cava inferior di jantung dan ini akan menyebabkan tekanan pada bahagian vena di bahagian bawah menjadi terlalu tinggi  serta menjadi perlahan dan bengkak sebab itu kebanyakan ibu hamil mengalami masalah bengkak pada anggota bawah kaki dan ini juga mendorong terjadinya tekanan di bahagian anus. Kehamilan juga akan menyebabkan berlakunya peningkatan pengeluaran  hormon progesteron yang turuut menyumbang kepada sembelit, ia menjadikan wanita hamil lebih mudah terkena buasir, terutama pada trimester ketiga.

3. Faktor Tua
Kajian secara saintifik telah menunujukan Faktor penuaan merupakan antara satu faktor yang menyebab prestasi tubuh akan menurun. Ini kerana  keupayaannya untuk menjana semula sel-sel juga akan terhakis, dan ini akan  menjadikan seseorang yang berusia lanjut mengalami masalah terhadap pelbagai penyakit termasuk buasir , Otot otot manusia akan menjadi lemah dan juga kadar penyerapan air pada badan manusia apabila semakin menurun ,dan ini akan mengakibatkan mereka yang tua hilang kekuatan untuk meneran dan selalunya mereka akan meneran dengan kuat yang menjadi punca buasir ini..

4. Keturunan 
Keturunan, walaupun ianya masih didalam kajian dan belum mempunyai kesimpulan yang tetap tetapi ada sesetengah kes  yang tidak secara langsung mengaitkan masalah keturunan ini punca boeh terjadinya  buasir, .Kajian terbaru menunjukkan DNA mereka yang mempunyai masalah Pembuluh darah yang lemah disebabkan oleh keabnormalan kongenital  selalunya cenderung mudah rosak dan kemungkinan berlakunya buasir adalah tinggi.

5. Berat badan berlebihan
Ianya telah diakui dan dibuktikan dalam kajian yang  meninjukkan  Berat badan berlebihan akan memberikan tekanan tambahan kepada otot rektum yang seterusnya boleh menyebabkan buasir. secara tidak lansung Seseorang yang mempunyai berat badan berlebihan juga cenderung untuk memiliki habit yang buruk antaranya pola pemakanan yang tidak sihat  dan Tiada kecenderungan untuk melakukan aktiviti olahraga. Dua tabiat buruk ini adalah salah satu penyebab yang akan meningkatkan risiko buasir.

 6. Tabiat Harian yang buruk
Terdapat beberapa tabiat harian yang menjadi punca terjadinya buasir. Antaranya terlalu lama berjongkok semasa pergerakan usus, pergerakan usus yang menunda, duduk dan berdiri untuk tempoh yang panjang tanpa meregangkan atau melegakan badan dan sering mengangkat objek berat. Masih berhasrat untuk mengekalkan kebiasaan buruk ini?

7. Hubungan dubur Atau  Aktiviti seks dubur
Bagi mereka yang mengamalkan persetubuhan dubur atau hubungan di luar tabii ini boleh menjadikan risiko mendapat buasir lebih mudah ini kerana lubang dubur tidak menghasilkan pelincir seperti Miss V, apabila berlakunya penetrasi ke dalam lubang anusini  hanya akan menyebabkan kecederaan dan kerengsaan yang berpotensi untuk menyebabkan bengkak pada pembuluh darah dan tisu sekeliling. Di samping itu, aktiviti seks dubur juga boleh membuka peluang maksimum untuk mendapat risiko penyakit kelamin (STD). Anus itu sebenarnya sebahagian daripada saluran gastrointestinal yang mempunyai fungsi sebagai tempat pelepasan tinja atau najis dan ia bukanlah sebahagian dari sistem pembiakan manusia. Dalam Agama islam perbuatan ini juga adalah haram .

Secara umumnya antara Punca lain yang mengakibatkan buasir termasuk kanser kolon, cirit-birit yang akut atau kronik, kecederaan saraf tunjang dan sejarah pembedahan rektum atau dubur yang dilakukan sebelum ini.  Oleh itu Sekiranya anda mendapati darah merah segar ketika anda membuang air besar maka adalah lebih baik untuk segera berjumpa doktor. Masalah buasir jarang menyebabkan komplikasi yang serius. Walau bagaimanapun, jika tidak dirawat dengan segera dan Cepat ini mungkin menyebabkan masalah buasir boleh memasuki tahap yang teruk yang hanya boleh disembuhkan melalui prosedur pembedahan bagi penyelesaianya.Wallahuaklam.
