Bismillahirahmanirahim , Almost all people who are pregnant, experience back pain. What caused it?
To be sure, because you are supporting extra weight, so your posture becomes disproportionate and leaning forward.
Then, in preparation for childbirth, your body naturally produces extra hormones, which function to relax the joints and ligaments (ie the tissue that connects bones to each other). This will make it easier for the baby to 'break through your hips' at birth. Unfortunately, the loose joints can cause back pain. Or, you have had a back injury before and reacted again when you were pregnant.
To help eliminate the pain, here are the tips:
- Pregnant women must stay active, for example exercising (just by walking).
- Too much rest (silence) will actually aggravate back pain.
- Use sandals or flat shoes that are comfortable so that your posture remains stable. Flat shoes also prevent you from falling and injury.
- Avoid sleeping on your back, try sleeping on your side.
- Can use buffer.
- Try the following movements. In all fours, bend your back up, hold for a count of ten, repeat five to ten times, every day.
If your back pain persists, you may want to consult your doctor to see what else you might try. Be sure to consult your doctor before taking pain medications. A physiotherapy advice will help you to prevent it to become worse and also to manage your pain. Wallahuaklam.
