Cara mengatasi jerawat di kulit kepala.
Bismillahirahmanirahim , Masalah jerawat di kepala merupakan pekara yang paling tidak selesa dan juga menyakitkan , ini kerana ada sesetengah jerawat yang muncul di kepala akan mengakibatkan ketidak selesaan kepada semua individu yang mempunyai masalah ini. Antara penyebab utama terjadinya punca jerawat di bahagian kulit kepala selalunya ianya disebabkan berlakunya penyumbatan pada bahagian pori atau liang minyak yang mengakibatkan bakteria menyerang dan berlakunya jerawat.
Oleh itu di sini saya ingin kongsikan Tips tips yang amat mudah dan senang bagi mengurangkan risiko jerawat ini
Tips 1.
Anda harus atau cuba mengelakkan daripada menggunakan produk syampu yang mengandungi sulfate dan laureth -4 ,atau untuk mudah mengenali produk ini selalunya ia berlabel non-cosmodogenic. Selalunya produk dengan label ini biasanya tidak membuat kulit kepala kering.
Tips 2.
Penggunaan syampu yang tepat dengan keperluan kulit kepala ini kerana Jangan salah pilih jenis syampunya, sebagai contoh: anda menggunakan syampo untuk rambut berminyak padahal kulit kepala anda kering ini selalunya akan menyebabkan kulit kepala menjadi sensitif dan mudah dinaiki jerawat.
Tips 3.
Jika jerawat muncul di kepala anda Hindari membilas rambut dengan air panas ini kerana inflamasi kepada kulit kepala akan berlaku dan ini akan mengakibatkan jerawat semakin membesar dan juga rasa sakit, seelok eloknya cuci rambut anda dengan air sejuk.
Tips 4.
Cuba mengurangkan pewarnaan atau penggunaan zat kimia di rambut. ini kerana mewarnakan rambut mendedahkan kulit kepala dengan bahan bahan kimia yang boleh mengakibatkan kulit kepala menjadi terlalu sensitif.

Apabila anda selesai bersukan ,pastikan anda Cuci rambut dengan segera .
Tips 6.
Elakkan penggunaan sikat yang terlalu tajam dan keras ,ini kerana ianya boleh menyebabkan kulit kepala menjadi sensitif dan luka , maka jangkitan boleh berlaku di kulit kepala dan ini akan mengakibatkan jerawat muncul.
Tips 7.
Bagi muslimah yang menggunakan tudung pastikan tudung yang digunakan menggunakan material yang mempunyai pengudaraan yang baik seperti kapas , pengudaraaan kulit kepala yang baik boleh mengurangkan risiko jerawat tumbuh di kepala dan bagi lelaki , kurangkan penggunaan topi atau penutup kepala .
Tips 8.
Ganti sarung bantal secara rutin juga mampu mengurangkan risiko mendapat jerawat di bahagian kulit kepala.
Tips 9.
Elakkan menggaru serta mengkopek kelumumur di bahagian kulit kepala , ini kerana kuku merupakan tempat bakteria yang mudah berkumpul , jika kuku atau tangan anda tidak bersih maka risiko kulit kepala dinaiki jerawat amat tinggi.Selain itu juga elakkan memecahkan jerawat sedia ada bagi mengelakkan ianya merebak .
Tips 10.
Banyakan meminum air putih , kurangkan pengambilan makanan yang bergoreng serta tingkatkan pengambilan makanan yang mengandunvitamin A,D, asam omega-3, serat, antioksidan, serta zinc.

- Wear clean socks every day and use powder to prevent perspiration.
- Use gloves when using old tools.
- When trimming toenails, cut them flat, do not cut the corners to the edge of the skin.
- Use a pumice stone regularly to rub the skin that begins to thicken by softening the skin first with immersion. Rub gently and slowly.
