According to the Centers for Disease Control and Prevention (CDC), the flu is a major cause of work absenteeism and school absenteeism, with up to 22 million school days are lost each year in the US. Flu or Colds are caused by a viral infection. More than 200 different viruses can cause influenza symptoms of varying severity.
